This card may also be used for point-of-sale purchases with participating merchants (This card may be used anywhere that Visa is accepted for a minimal .25 charge). There will be a charge of $1.50 plus possible surcharges, if your card is used at a bank ATM.

Payroll Deduction • Direct Deposit
